Ministry Teams

Worship Team

The Worship Team coordinates worship and music planning, trains assistant ministers, and organizes furnishings and decorations. The team assists with scheduling pastoral supply. This team includes the Altar Guild.  (Chair: Lily Fainter)

Outreach Team                                                            

Extending care and support out into our community is led by the Outreach Team. Outreach plans social ministry events, disaster response efforts, and fosters ecumenical relationships. The Team coordinates public advocacy efforts and pursues justice.

Support Team

The women and men on the Support Team guide the care and upkeep of our physical space. Support organizes the regular care of church facilities, historical archives, and financial records. This team coordinates endowments, funding and investments as needed.

Faith Development

The Faith Development Team assists with the Christian education and growth of all age groups. This team plans studies, lessons, and activities to promote faith formation.  The Team helps to recruit and train teachers. It supports the Confirmation program at Our Redeemer.

Fellowship Life

Activities that strengthen relationships and community within Our Redeemer are led by Fellowship Life. This team plans and coordinates events like Oktoberfest, Souper Bowl potluck, and New Members receptions.
